Twisted my ankle while at my soccer game on Saturday. I figured I was going to be fine, just walk it out; apparently that was not the case. Nothing major, I will be back to normal in a couple of days.

GOODBYE OLD PC x HELLO BRAND NEW PC

So let me tell you.. this past Monday, my computer completely died on me! Yeah, died! As in I was browsing the Internet, when all of a sudden my computer simply shut down on me and never turned back on!? I attempted unplugging it and plugging it back in a new power outlet, but now luck. Raidz came over to diagnosed my computer to determine what was wrong with it. He informed me my power supply had gone bad, hence, I would be needing a new power supply or purchase a new pc. Hmmm.. keep old pc, or get a new one…. NEW ONE! Besides, my old pc was like 5 years old already. Anyhow, we left to Fry’s Electronics and bought me an HP. Ah, its the best thing ever! Windows 7, dual processor, 640 GB Hard Drive, 4 GB RAm.. i love it. Raidz said he was going to attempt to transfer all my previous information from my old pc onto the one. I really hope he is successful while doing so, I have a couple of beats and songs on there which I was working on. Either way, I will definitely be working on some new music.

ASU EXAMS x VISTING THE NEIGHBORHOOD x MITSUBISHI DEALERSHIP

Feeling good, feeling great! Today I had two exams, one for Criminal Justice and the other for Human Sexuality. I earned an 83.7% for my Criminal Justice! As for my Human Sexuality class, the results have not came in yet, but I know I did well. Moreover, I went over to my neighborhood, 59th Avenue, to visit my cousin Taz, which I have not seen in a while. Unfortunately, he had a situation at home and he broke his hand; he is doing better now. I also stopped by at the Mitsubishi Dealership in Glendale for a couple of parts for my Lancer; in addition, I also got some items I had order in the mail today. Ah yes, going to hit up the gym later on tonight.

WORKOUT x YMCA DOWNTOWN PHOENIX

Ah man, what a workout today! As I have been mentioning every so often, a couple of friends and I have been attending the YMCA in downtown Phoenix fairly frequently. We have been hitting up the gym strong since December. Today I ran 40 minutes on the track field located on top of the roof of the building; had me sweating like crazy! Anyways, let me inform you, your boy A_D has been putting in work. In December I was weighing at 226 lbs! ..and today when I weighted myself, I came in at 209.5 lbs! Wow, what a difference, I am definitely proud! My goal is to reach down to 185ish to 190ish. I will keep you up to date.

Hope you all had a wonderful Valentine’s Day yesterday and shared it with a special someone.

Yesterday, Valentine’s Day, was also my sister’s (Angelina) birthday; she turned 9. I decided to surprise her with a special gift. I customized her a t-shirt with iron-on letters, then I placed the t-shirt on a teddy bear. The moment she woke up in the morning and saw her gift, she ran to me and gave me a hug saying “thank you brother”! I am glad I made her day.

MY BESTFRIEND > MY BROTHER

Do you recall the last posting I did about me going out and washing my car on Thursday? Well, that day has to be one of the worst days of my life. My best friend, Manny, who I see as my brother came over to my apartment by himself to have dinner with my family and I. After dinner, around 9:15pm, he decided he was leaving home; so we said bye. Turns out, I receive a call from him 40 minutes later, talking about he got arrested for a traffic violation for not having insurance on his girlfriend’s vehicle. I rush to the detention facility where he says he is. Once I get there, the officer in charge informs me Manny is no longer there; he has been taken down to Madison Jail. Manny calls me later on that night again from the new jail he has been transferred to, explaining to me what happen and to call his mom and girlfriend to let them know. He tells me he is in a jail cell with about 12 people; people who are drunk, high on drugs, and smell disgusting. You see, most of ya’ll might be thinking, “Okay, what is the big deal with getting arrested?” What ya’ll might not know, is that my best friend, my brother, is here illegally. Therefore, he holds probable cause of deportation… I do not know if ya’ll recall, but Manny just had his first newborn son on February 4th. Moreover, since that last call I received for him, I have not heard anything from him. I managed to get a hold of a lawyer to investigate his case and figure out what possible solutions he has. In the meanwhile, now that I know where he is, I will be visiting him today in a couple of hours (6:30am) along with my friend Dizzy and Raidz.

Manny, I miss you and love you bro! Everything will turn out fine, promise!
