The success of the recent Nike Air Force 1 “Metallic Silver Foamposite” has spawned Nike to create the Nike Air Force 1 High “Black Foamposite”. Comprised of Nike’s signature Foamposite material, the “Black Foamposite” Air Force 1 sits atop a clear sole and visible “AIR” unit. A mesh tongue and black strap above the “Nike Air” logo resembles the Nike Air Foamposite Pro, yet the sneaker holds characteristics of the signature Air Force 1.
Originally previewed in early June, here we get an outdoors look into the upcoming Foamposite Air Force 1 for Fall 2010. This evolution sees Nike bring together the best of both worlds. Significant creative thinking and new engineering to create a three-mold process that eliminates the seams on the upper. The shoe also draws on the original Foamposite design, utilizing a midsole that allows consumers a window into the soul of the shoe. Seamless Foamposite, in an Air Force 1. Stay tuned as a release nears at select Nike accounts, including West NYC.

Jordan Brand previews two upcoming colorways in its Air Jordan Alpha AJ1 Outdoor. Both a laser blue and varsity maize are seen, each taking on the spirit of the Air Jordan 1 and adapting it for outdoor play with more rugged and durable features. Look for these, along with several other colors, to drop next month via Jordan Brand retailers.
40 of the world’s best park riders landed in Spain last month for the Nike 6.0 BCN BMX PRO. Heavy hitters in the lineup included Nike 6.0 riders Garrett Reynolds, Dennis Enarson, Mike Spinner and Jason Phelan alongside the likes of Gary Young, Ryan Nyquist, Drew Bezanson, Brett Banasiewicz and a list of quality park contenders. Adding further colorways to its increasing selection of vulcanized offerings, Nike drops this new edition of its Auto Trainer. The shoes take on a vibrant green/purple punch scheme, mixing it up with leather and suede uppers. Retailing for a reasonable $85 USD, these are now available through finer Nike retail accounts, including Wish.
Nike Football’s Write the Future campaign continues well into the World Cup as they introduce the “Write Your Headline”. Each night, Johannesburg’s 30 story tall, 138 meter the Life Center Tower lights up with images of some of the world’s best players including Cristiano Ronaldo, Robinho, Rooney and Ribery. Fans can submit their own personal statements via various mediums with the best 100 chosen each night to usher in yet another innovative digital experience from Nike.

A updated version of its original Trunner design, Jordan Brand beefs up the brand’s trademark running sneakers into a more contemporary silhouette, as we see a preview of the Alpha Trunner. Although still quite simple, the shoes carry a more aggressive look within the midsoles, while the uppers remain, for the most part, true to the originals. Look for three different colorways in July and August 2010, including a take on the inaugural white/black/red version.
